May I know why you want to set up a dedicated Auto Invitation for each code plan?

Do you have multiple websites? Could you let us know your business scenario so that we can answer your query better?

一个网站可能有好几个板块，有的板块根本就不需要自动邀请的，但是又想了解到客人进入本网站的信息。

1. Comm100 Auto Invitation applies to all code plans. Currently, you cannot directly set up a dedicated auto invitation for a code plan. However, there is a solution for you. 

You can control on which page a certain auto invitation should pop up by adding a condition: Current Page URL Contains/Not Contains. Please refer to the screenshot attached.


 


2. If you use the Monitor Only chat button, there will be no visible chat button appearing on your web page. But the invitation feature, manual or auto, still works. You can add the Current Page URL condition if you don't want to make your auto invitation pop up on certain web pages.

Note: Current Page URL is only available in the Intelligent Auto Invitation. If you want to add this condition, you need to upgrade to Comm100 Live Chat Enterprise.
