Is there a way to just modify the current software installed? LIke not having to uninstall it?
Hi Gavind,I am sorry but you need to uninstall the installed desktop client first.The reason is that the older version of desktop client has a signature from an earlier certificate which is out of date. Installing the updated version without uninstalling the previous version first cannot update the old certificate. The only way to get around this is to uninstall the old desktop client and then reinstall the updated version from http://www.comm100.com/livechat/desktopclient.aspx.If you have any questions, please feel free to let us know.Have a nice day,
