Step 1. Download the Live Chat plugin;
Step 2. Open your Joomla administration panel and click Extension Manager from the Extensions drop-down list;
Step 3. Click Choose File to browse for the Live Chat plugin (it's a zip file) and then click Upload & Install;
Step 4. Click Module Manager from the Extensions drop-down list and you will find Comm100 Live Chat listed in the module list. Click on Comm100 Live Chat to open the module settings page;
Step 5. Choose the position where you want to place your live chat button, set Module Assignment, enter your live chat Basic Options (Site Id, Plan Id and Partner Id) and publish the module;
Note:
In the Code Type option, please choose Main Code. You can find the Site Id and Plan Id information in your live chat code. For example, below is a part of your live chat code:=====<script src="https://chatserver.comm100.com/js/LiveChat.js?siteId=27261&planId=298&partnerId=-1" type="text/javascript"></script>=====Then, your Site Id is 27261 and Plan Id is 298. You should have a Live Chat account with Comm100. If you don't have one, click here to sign up.
Step 6. Click Save and then you can see a chat button show up on your site.
its akways show offline status pop up chat,
i want it show in left side of joomla web but its always shown in the center of website
Hi All,
Same thing happened to me. Why doesn't it popup the chat form?
Also when I'm offline, the image says offline and invites me to leave an email, but when I click on it it goes the Comm100 website again. No form to fill in! Why??
We want to start using this today??
Is there a solution ASAP?
Thanks,

The module is created yes, but from the front end, when I click on the chat button, it opens http://www.comm100.com/livechat/ instead of opening the chat window.
