All your chat conversations are stored in our database. You can search for a particular chat record from your Comm100 site control panel.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1. Log into your Comm100 site account;
Step 2. Go to the Live Chat module;
Step 3: Click Chats & Offline Messages;
Step 4. Set the search condition, select the Chat option, click Query and you will see a list of records showing up;
Step 5. Choose a certain record and then click on the Details icon to view the detailed information.
