How can I view my chat history?

All your chat conversations are stored in our database. You can search for a particular chat record from your Comm100 site control panel.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

 

Step 1. Log into your Comm100 site account;

Step 2. Go to the Live Chat module;

Step 3: Click Chats & Offline Messages;

Step 4. Set the search condition, select the Chat option, click Query and you will see a list of records showing up;

 

 

Step 5. Choose a certain record and then click on the Details icon to view the detailed information.

[Helpful]   The transcript query window above shows an option to select "Navigation" as a query parameter. I don't have that option on my page. Is there a product I need to enable to have that Navigation parameter?

[Not Helpful]   I have tried both the methods for getting the email transcript of the chat which i had with a visitor on my website, but:
1. I am not able to see any details under the history tab even if all check boxes are checked. It is blank.
2. I am not able to view the send-transcript button when i click on the transripts link on left navigation bar under the live chat menu.
Please provide the solution asap!

I feel the same way as the other person's comment...

I still cannot find navigation history. Chat hostory is fine, transcripts history too, but I need to browse the navigation history of my guests - I need to know what they already visited on my site during previous visits.
