Comm100 Live chat supports both text chat and voice chat.
After you enable the feature of allowing visitors to request a voice chat with you on the visitor side, a phone icon appears in the upper-left corner of your visitor side chat window.
Your visitors can click the phone icon to request a voice chat.

At the same time, a voice chat request message appears on the operator side window. Operator can click on Yes to accept the request.

After the voice chat is initialized successfully, a notification shows on both the operator side and visitor side.

Now, the operator can start voice chat with the visitor.
