Do you have tons of canned messages or URLs? Do you have trouble finding canned messages/URLs?
With Comm100 Live Chat, canned messages/URLs are classified by categories. You can easily find your canned messages/URLs.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1. Log into your Comm100 account;
Step 2. Click Settings and then click Canned Messages or Canned URLs;

Step 3. Click New Messages or New URLs to create a canned message/URL under a certain category. Note: If a proper category is not available, you can click
Manage,
New Category to create a new category.
After that, when you are chatting with a visitor, you can quickly find the canned message/URL by locating the category it belongs to. Please refer to the screenshot as below. (Visitor Monitor>> Canned Message/URL)
Note: Messages/URLs in a certain category are sorted alphabetically in Visitor Monitor.
The canned messages/URLs can be made private or public according to your convenience.
