Can I disable the option for visitors to receive chat transcripts?

Yes, you can disable the function of emailing transcripts to visitors.


Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1. Log into your site account;


Step 2. Click Customize; (Click Customize Code Plans if you have multiple code plans, choose the plan you use and click Edit.)





Step 3. Go to Chat Window;


Step 4. Scroll down to the Option section and deselect the option of Allow visitors to get chat transcripts by email;






Step 6. Click OK.


After that, the Transcript icon will disappear from the top left of the chat window. When a chat is ended, the visitor will not be asked whether he/she wants to receive the chat transcript.
