Yes, you can view the operator chat records through Chat Metrics. It is a report on operator's Chat Times, Chat Minutes and Average Minutes.
Step 1. Log into your Comm100 account
Step 2. Click Reports
in the Live Chat
Step 3. Click Chat Metrics
in the Chat
Step 4. Set the query condition and click Query
Now, you can see the Chat Times, Chat Minutes and Average Minutes of the operators.
