With Comm100 Ticket, you can put a web-to-ticket form on your website(s), thus your website visitors can fill in the form to submit their queries to you.
You only need to copy the code first, and then paste the code into your web pages. You can use our pre-defined web-to-ticket form or create a new one according to your needs.
Step 1. Log into your site account and go to the Ticket portal;
Step 2. Click Website Integration under the Setup tab;
Step 3. Select a Website Integration Plan you'd like to use on your site from the drop-down list;
Step 4. Copy the code and paste it onto your website.
