Step 1. Log into your site account and click Settings from the Live Chat module;Step 2. Click Auto Invitation;Step 3. Create a new invitation or edit an existing auto invitation;Step 4. Check If enabled, set when your auto invitation should pop up under the General tab and click Next;Step 5. Set the position of your auto invitation, select a proper image for your auto invitation and then customize the invitation message under the Style tab;
Note:
1. If you want to use your own image, please click Select Image and select Upload to upload the image to Comm100 server.
2. There are other advanced options available. Please click Watch Video of How to Use the Advanced Options for the instructions.
Step 5. Check Route accepted auto invitations to a specified department/operator under the Routing Rules tab if necessary and click Save.
