How to customize the rating window?

Rating window is a pop up window where visitors can leave evaluative comments and rate operators’ performance after chat. Rating window helps you gather clients’ feedback, evaluate employees’ performance and identify improvement opportunities.


Step by Step Instructions:


Step 1: Log into your site account; 

Step 2: Click Customize at the left menu;

Please click Customize Code Plans at the left menu if you have multiple code plans;




​Step 3. Go to the Rating tab;

Note: If you have multiple code plans, please choose the one you use and click Edit to go to the Rating tab. 


Step 4. Select Enable and customize the Greeting Message in the html editor;





Step 5. Customize the rating scale text and select which scale(s) you want to display in the visitor side windows;





Step 6. Check Allow visitors to leave comments if necessary;




Step 7. Click OK to save your configurations.


Now you have successfully customized your rating window. Visitors will be invited to rate on operators’ performance after chat.
