You can manually invite a visitor to chat in the Visitor Monitor window.
Step by Step Instructions:
Step 1. Log in Visitor Monitor by clicking Get Online & Chat or via desktop app.
Step 2. Select a visitor in the Visitor List then click Invite.
Step 3. You can personalize the greeting message showing on the invitation;
An invitation button shows up on the visitor side screen (the page where the visitor is navigating).
Now, you can chat with your visitor.
