Comm100 Live Chat Desktop App has been upgraded to v6.1. If you are using an old version, you will see a notification as below when you try logging into the Desktop App.
Solution:
Step 1.
Uninstall the Desktop App installed on your computer
.
Step 2.
Download the updated Desktop App
and then
install it onto your computer
.
After that, you can successfully log into Comm100 Live Chat Desktop App.
