I see a message notifying me that my desktop client is out-dated when I log into the Desktop App. What should I do?

Comm100 Live Chat Desktop App has been upgraded to v6.1. If you are using an old version, you will see a notification as below when you try logging into the Desktop App.



Step 1. Uninstall the Desktop App installed on your computer.

Step 2. Download the updated Desktop App and then install it onto your computer.

After that, you can successfully log into Comm100 Live Chat Desktop App.
