How to Update the Product File?

Do the following:

1. Enter the Manager password (54321), and then press (Enter).

2. Select (Updates).

3. Select (New Product).

4. The terminal will now contact the Now Prepay Server and begin to update the product file.

 Remember, you cannot conduct a Product Download until the Terminal has been authenticated.

How to Print a Product List?

Do the following: 

1. Enter the Manager password (54321), and then press (Enter).

2. Select (Reports).

3. Scroll down and select (Product List).

4. The terminal will print out a list of available products.

How to Print a Daily Sales Report?

Do the following: 

1. Enter the Manager Password (54321) and press (Enter).

2. Select (Reports).

3. Select (Daily Sales).

4. The terminal will now print all transactions that have been processed within the current day.

How to Print the Reconciliation Report?

Do the following: 

1. Enter the Manager Password (54321) and press (Enter).

2. Select (Reports).

3. Select (Reconciliation).

4. Enter the (Start Date/Time), using the format (YY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS) and press (Enter).

5. Enter the (End Date/Time), using the format (YY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS) and press (Enter).

6. The terminal will now print all transactions within that specific range.

How to Print the Clerk Report?

Do the following: 

1. Enter the Manager Password (54321) and press (Enter).

2. Select (Reports).

3. Select (Clerk).

4. Enter the (Clerk ID), (For example: 02) and press (Enter).

5. Enter the (Start Date/Time), using the format (YY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS) and press (Enter).

6. Enter the (End Date/Time), using the format (YY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS) and press (Enter).

7. The terminal will print all transactions that the (Clerk ID) has processed within the specific range.

How to Print the Detail Report?

Do the following: 

1. Enter the Manager Password (54321) and press (Enter).

2. Select (Reports).

3. Select (Detail).

3. Enter the (Start Date/Time), using the format (YY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS) and press (Enter).

4. Enter the (End Date/Time), using the format (YY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS) and press (Enter).

5. The terminal will now print all transactions within that specific range.

How to Add a Clerk?

Do the following: 

1. Enter the Manager password (54321), and press (Enter).

2. Select (Access).

3. Select (Clerk).

4. Select (Add Clerk).

5. The terminal will assign you an (ID), (For example: 02).

6. Enter in (5) digits, (For example: 02000) and press (Enter).

7. Enter in the complete ID, (For example: 02000) and press (Enter).

8. The ID has been created.

How to Add a Manager?

Do the following: 

1. Enter the Manager password (54321), and press (Enter).

2. Select (Access).

3. Select (Manager).

4. Select (Add Manager).

5. The terminal will assign you an (ID), (For example: 50).

6. Enter the (5) digits for your password, (For example: 50111) and press (Enter).

7. Enter the complete ID, (For example: 50111) and press Enter.

How to Delete an ID?

Do the following: 

1. Enter the Manager password (54321), and press (Enter).

2. Select (Access).

3. Select (Clerk).

4. Select (Delete Clerk).

5. Enter the (2) digit ID, (For example: 02) and press (Enter).

6. Repeat the same step for (Manager).

How to Modify a Clerk Password?

Do the following: 

1. Enter the Manager password (54321), and press (Enter).

2. Select (Access).

3. Select (Clerk).

4. Select (Modify Clerk).

5. Enter the old password, (For example: 01234) and press (Enter).

6. Enter the new password, (For example: 234) and press (Enter), do not enter in (01).

7. Enter the complete password, (For example: 01234) and press (Enter).

How to Modify a Manager Password?

Do the following: 

1. Enter the Manager password (54321), and press (Enter).

2. Select (Access).

3. Select (Manager).

4. Select (Modify Manager).

5. Enter the old password, (For example: 54321) and press (Enter).

6. Enter the new password, (For example: 000) and press (Enter), do not enter in (54).

7. Enter the complete password, (For example: 54000) and press (Enter).

Do the following:

2. Select (Updates).

4. Select (Yes) for the Agreement.

5. The (Kindex) will appear, please enter in the (Kindex) and press (Enter).

Do the following: 

1. Enter in the Manager Password (54321) and press (Enter).

2. Select (Updates).

3. Select (Wizard).

4. Select (Yes) for the Agreement.

5. The (Kindex) will appear, press enter.

6. The (UTK) will appear, enter the UTK and press Enter.

How to Enter the Terminal ID?

Do the following: 

1. Enter in the Manager Password (54321) and press (Enter).

2. Select (Updates).

3. Select (Wizard).

4. Select (Yes) for the Agreement.

5. The (Kindex) will appear, press Enter.

6. The (UTK) will appear, press Enter.

7. The (Terminal ID will appear, enter the Terminal ID and press Enter.

How to Change the Date?

Do the following:

2. Select (Settings).

3. Select (Date).

4. Enter the (Date) using the format (YY/MM/DD) and press (Enter).

Do the following:

2. Select (Communications).

3. Select (Ping).

4. The Terminal will now send a encrypted packet to the Server to ensure connectivity is working correctly.

How do I Enter a Static Address? (IP/Subnet/Gateway/DNS)

Do the following:

1. Press the (Home) and (Function) keys.

2. Select (Terminal Maintenance).

3. Select (Terminal Settings).

4. Select (Set Network Config).

5. Select (Set Terminal IP).

6. A message will appear, (IP from DHCP Server?), select (Yes) if the Network is Dynamic Based. If the Network is (Static Based), select (No) and the customer will need to provide you with the following:

7. IP Address, Subnet, Gateway and DNS Addresses which you will need to enter into the Terminal.

8. Once you select (No), do the following:

9. Select (IP Address) and enter the address and press (Enter).

10. Select (Subnet Address) and enter the address and press (Enter).

11. Select (Gateway Address) and enter in the address and press (Enter).

12. Select (DNS Address) and enter in the address and press (Enter).

13. Press the (Cancel Red Key) until the Terminal prompts (Save Changes?, reply with a (Yes).

14. A message will appear, (New IP Settings, Reboot?), select (Yes).

15. Try the Authentication again.

How to Change the Server Address?

Do the following: 

1. Enter the Manager Password (54321) and press (Enter).

2. Select (Communications).

3. Select (TCP/IP).

4. Select (IP).

5. Delete the (nowprepay.ods.org) and replace it with (72.15.145.171) and press (Enter).

How to Change the Server Port?

Do the following: 

1. Enter the Manager Password (54321) and press (Enter).

2. Select (Communications).

3. Select (TCP/IP).

4. Select (Port).

5. Ensure the port is set to (32000).

How to Print all the ID's on the Terminal?

Do the following: 

1. Enter the Manager password (54321), and press (Enter).

2. Select (Access).

3. Select (Print All ID In Use).

4. The Terminal will print all (Active) account ID's.

How to Print a Invoice?

Do the following: 

1. Enter the Manager Password (54321) and press (Enter).

2. Select (Reports).

3. Select (Current Invoice).

4. The Terminal will contact the Now Prepay Server and print the Invoice.

How to Print a Previous Invoice?

Do the following: 

1. Enter the Manager Password (54321) and press (Enter).

2. Select (Reports).

3. Select (Previous Invoice).

4. Enter the Billing Date you wish to pull the Invoice and press (Enter).

5. The Terminal will now contact the Now Prepay Server and print the Invoice.

6. Note, the System will only pull Invoices from (3) months, any further and you will need to send a request to Foo.

Where to plug the Phone Cable?

The Phone Cable should be plug into the back of the Terminal's port call (Dial).

Where to plug the Ethernet Cable?

The Ethernet Cable should be plug into the back of the Terminal's port call (Net).
