Canterbury Skating Club

Canterbury Skating Club welcomes children with special needs to learn to skate in a fun atmosphere with qualified instructors who use innovative techniques to help teach children of all abilities to skate. Two of the coaches have worked in special education and have taken their Special Olympics certification.

Lesson can begin at age 2 1/2 and up.

Class times: Lessons are held on Saturdays at 9:45 or 1pm. (Spots go fast!)

Canterbury also runs a very popular power skating class for competitive hockey and ringette players at 9am (very strong skaters) and a power skating class at 12 noon for younger skaters who are also in hockey but have skating skills.

New class begins Jan 5th -March 30th.
