Version 4.0 and 5.0:
Reindex warnings appear upon opening PastPerfect
either when another person is attempting to reindex or if a reindex fails. Begin
by making absolutely sure that no one is in the process of reindexing. If you
are certain that no other users on the network are reindexing and that all users
have PastPerfect closed, enter the password “open” and click Start PastPerfect.
Upon reaching the Main Menu, click Reindex followed by Start Reindex Now in
order to fully address this issue.
