Comm100 Live Chat supports changing the interface text of your visitor side windows including Pre-Chat Window, Chat Window, Rating Window and Offline Message Window. You can either translate the interface text into your preferred language or re-define it according to your own preference.

Step 1: Log into your site account;
Step 2: Click Customize; go to Language and then you can change to a different language or customize the interface text.
Note: It is Customize Code Plans on your menu if Multiple Code Plans option has been enabled in your account. If so, please click Customize Code Plans, select the plan you are using and click the edit icon (looks like a small pen) and then click Next.
Step 3. After complete the settings, click OK to save. The new settings take effect immediately. You do not need to paste the chat code again.
