How to customize Offline Message Window?

Offline Message Window is used for your website visitors to leave an offline message when the status of a chat button is offline. 


Step-by-Step Instruction:

Step 1. Log into your site account

Step 2. Click Live Chat;

Step 3: Click Customize at the left menu;




Step 4. Go to the Offline Message tab;

Note: If you have multiple code plans, please choose the one you use and click Edit to go to the Offline Message tab.

To say that the chat window is customizable is very misleading. The label "Content" is stupid (it should say "Message"), and yet there is no way to change this with your system.

The same with the label "Company/Institution." There is the option to turn these on or off, and change the header image. That's really not truly customizable.
