What Is Your Refund Policy?

Unless clearly stated in the Sales Page, this Refund Policy is the one that rules:


- We have tried to provide as much description as possible for each of our offered product within its Sales Page in order to make the item(s) you're intending to purchase very clear. Therefore, it's your entire right to ask for a refund within 14 days after your purchase, according to our refund policy. However, if the product you've purchased is totally broken/defective, or for whatever reason you did not receive what you were promised to be offered at the first place, you will receive a complete refund of the whole amount you originally paid.


- Please take into your consideration that for any refund requested, the reimbursed amount should be the Price of the item(s) you initially paid for minus our payment processor's fees. These fees are equal to a fixed cost of US$ 2. Example: If you purchased an item for US$ 20, when you ask for a refund, you will receive US$ 18 as a net reimbursement. The US Dollar will be the only currency to be considered as the default one for calculating the refund amount.


- All refund requests should be related to the descriptions of the item(s) you have purchased. If you find that the given descriptions (sample, preview, video, audio, etc.) about the item(s) you intend to buy do not respond to your questions, or do not give you a clear idea about it, we are at your disposal for any requested additional information you need before you confirm your order. So please ask for additional information before order, since no refund requests should be considered based on such reason (lack of description).
